NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 15 August 2023 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Swansea Grid Solutions Limited (company number 12371459) whose registered office is situated at 19th Floor, 22 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4BQ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
