NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 17 November 2022 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Sandridge Battery Storage Limited (company number 11161170) whose registered office is situated at C/O Foresight Group Llp, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
