Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 12 June 2024 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to BALBOUGIE ENERGY CENTRE II LIMITED (company number 13484500) whose registered office is situated at First Floor, 500 Pavilion Drive, Northampton Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7YJ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
