Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 08 November 2023 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Neilston Grid Services Limited (company number 12648776) whose registered office is situated at 3rd Floor, 24 Saville Row, London, W1S 2ES, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
