Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 16 February 2024 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Capbal (Forfar) Limited (company number 13909630) whose registered office is situated at Ground Floor, 123 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5EA, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
