​​Rejection of CP Rule Change Proposals without Consultation – CP357, CP358, CP360 and CP367​

Following the introduction of the Capacity Market Advisory Group (CMAG), Ofgem has reviewed a number of Capacity Market Rule Change Proposals with CMAG and we have identified four CM Rule Change Proposals which we will reject without further consideration – CP357, CP358, CP360 and CP367. Also included is the full CM Rule Change Proposal for CP367.
