Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 9 January 2025 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Mercia Power Response (Common Side Lane) Limited (company number 12282261) whose registered office is situated at Strelley Hall, Main Street, Nottingham, NG8 6PE, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
