Rejection of Capacity Market Rule Change Proposals without Consultation: CP365 and CP366

Following the introduction of the Capacity Market Advisory Group (CMAG), Ofgem has reviewed a number of Capacity Market Rule Change Proposals with CMAG and we have identified two CM Rule Change Proposals which we will reject without further consideration – CP365 and CP366.
