Introduction of SLC20B, the Inflexible Offers Licence Condition

We are introducing the Inflexible Offers Licence Condition as a new permanent licence condition to the generation licence, as Standard Licence Condition 20B.
This new licence condition comes into effect from 26 October 2023.
