NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 8 November 2022 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Stairfoot Generation Ltd (company number 11629881) whose registered office is situated at C/O Gresham House Asset Management Ltd, 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
