Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority ("the Authority") hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 ("the Act") that on 6 March 2025 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Abergelli Farm BESS Limited (company number 14418338) whose registered office is situated at 3rd Floor, St George's House, 13-14 Ambrose Street, Cheltenham, GL50 3LG, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
