Statutory consultation on proposed modifications to Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) licences

The Authority is proposing a number of modifications to offshore transmission owner (OFTO) licences. These amendments fall into three main groupings:-

  1. proposed modifications for licences to amended standard condition E12-A1;
  2. proposed modifications for licences to amended standard condition E12-J3; and
  3. proposed modifications for licences to amended standard condition E12-J4.

The Authority is consulting on these amendments under section 11A (2) of the Electricity Act 1989 and is seeking views by 9 December 2022.
