Decision on proposed modifications to offshore electricity transmission licences

We gave notice on 11 November 2022 that we proposed to make modifications to the Offshore Electricity Transmission Licence. We asked for any representations to the modification to be made on or before 10 December 2022.

Having considered the responses, the Authority has decided to proceed with the modifications.
