Guidance on offshore transmission health reviews - decision

We have issued a number of consultations in recent years relating to the End of Tender Revenue Stream under the Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) regime, focused on how to enable the extension of the life of OFTOs and the windfarms to which they connect.
This decision document sets out our process for health reviews conducted by windfarms and OFTOs to assess the potential and considerations for extension of their respective assets, as well as the process for information-sharing between windfarms, OFTOs and Ofgem to inform final decisions on the extension.
