This notice under regulation 29(5) of the Electricity (Competitive Tenders for Offshore Transmission Licences) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) confirms the determination made by the Authority on 17 February 2025 under regulation 28(2) of the Regulations to grant an offshore transmission licence to Seagreen Phase 1 OFTO Project Limited.
