These documents set out the generic Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) Licence and guidance for TR9.

Version 2 of the generic OFTO Licence for TR9, which will lead to the grant of an OFTO Licence for Seagreen phase 1, replaces Version 1 of this document. Below provides links to updated versions of the generic OFTO Licence and supporting guidance for TR9. These are provided both as tracked change (next to Version 1 of the documents), as well as in clean format. Version 1 of these documents should be disregarded.

We will continue to review these documents and may issue revised versions at a later date.
