This consultation document sets out Ofgem’s proposed programme of work for the 2023/24 financial year. We are seeking views on our developing consumer interest framework, our short and longer-term strategic priorities, and our proposed regulatory projects and programmes for the year ahead.
We are particularly interested in the view of industry, consumer groups and charities, but also welcome views from other stakeholders and the public.
You can respond to this consultation by emailing your submission to FWP@Ofgem.gov.uk by 17:00, Friday, 3 February 2023. Unless you ask us not to, we will publish your submission on our website.
Ofgem’s final Forward Work Programme for 2023/24 will be published by 31 March 2023.
