Offshore Transmission: next steps for participation in Tender Round 13 (TR13) Enhanced Pre-Qualification stage

Guidance on next steps to participate in the Enhanced Pre-Qualification (EPQ) stage of Tender Round 13 (TR13).
Ofgem has launched TR13 to identify suitable bidders to whom offshore transmission licences will be granted. There are three projects in TR13: East Anglia THREE, Inch Cape and Dogger Bank C. These projects have met the necessary qualifying requirements and tender entry conditions (in accordance with the Electricity Regulations (2015) for TR13.
