We would like to use this consultation as an opportunity to provide an update on where we are on items relating to the Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) End of Tender Revenue Stream Policy and how we plan to further progress our review.
This consultation looks at items relating to the OFTO End of Tender Revenue Stream, such as the principles of competition, performance incentives and OFTO value. We would like views from people with an interest in Offshore wind, network coordination, offshore coordination. We particularly welcome responses from consumer groups, charities, and new entrants to the offshore wind industry. We would also welcome responses from other stakeholders and the public.
