RIIO-3 initial licence consultation

This consultation sets out the proposed licence conditions required to implement the RIIO-3 price control settlement for the electricity transmission, gas transmission and gas distribution sectors. 

We invite any comments on the text of these conditions using the response log published with these documents by 16 September 2025. Responses can be sent to RIIO3@ofgem.gov.uk.
