We are consulting on proposed modifications to the RIIO-2 Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) and Regulatory Reporting Pack (RRP) for the Electricity System Operator (ESO).
The proposed updates and modifications align these documents with our decisions on funding the ESO’s Future System Operator (FSO) implementation costs in our Business Plan 2 Final Determinations, our consultation on Funding the transition to an FSO, and the National Grid Electricity System Operator Limited Electricity Transmission Statutory Licence Consultation running concurrently to this consultation.
We are also proposing to update the RRP to address a number of housekeeping issues identified during this year’s RRP submission.
The RIGs are tracked to show the location of modifications relative to previously published versions.
