Notice proposing modifications to the Pension Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) for RIIO-2

We propose to make modifications to Network Operator's Price Control Pension Costs - Regulatory Instructions and Guidance ("the Pension RIGs").

These proposed modifications are largely made for the purposes of clarifying the existing reporting requirements and include general updates to input data and parameters in advance of the 2023 Pensions Reasonableness Review.
