Decision on modifications to the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs), Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRPs) and the PCFM Guidance RIIO-2 Year 2

On 17th February 2023, the Authority issued a Notice proposing modifications to the RIIO-2 RIGs, the RRPs and the PCFM Guidance for Gas transmission & distribution networks.

We are now publishing the modified versions of the RIIO-2 RIGs, RRPs and PCFM Guidance, following the receipt of stakeholder feedback on the notice. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the reporting requirements for network licensees and will taken affect from 11th April 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, annual reporting information submitted in respect of the 2022/23 regulatory year should comply with the RFPR template and RIGs, as modified.
