On 16 May 2022, we published a statutory consultation covering our proposed changes to the price cap. We outlined our proposal to move to quarterly cap updates and update the wholesale methodology to include backwardation. As part of our consultation, we included summary analysis on the distributional impacts of our proposals. This report provides a more detailed description of the distributional impacts outlined in our consultation.
