Decision to modify the Pension Regulatory Instructions and Guidance for RIIO-2

In April we issued a Notice and asked for views on the draft Pension RIGs and reporting templates. The consultation ended on 27 May 2023.

We are now publishing the modified RIGs in this Direction. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements and are to take effect from 1 July 2023.
