We would like your views on our draft of the Re-opener Guidance and Application Requirements document. The proposed draft includes:

• Addition of specific guidance for the Medium Sized Investment Project Re-opener (Electricity Transmission Special Condition 3.14), relating to SF6.
• Clarification on cost information to be included in Re-opener applications.
• Clarification on the application of this Guidance to the LOTI and FIOC Re-openers.
