This letter is published pursuant to Special Condition 2.1.4 of National Gas Transmission (NGT) Plc’s gas transporter licence and sets out our decision to provide consent for NGT to deliberately over-recover Transportation Owner Recovered Revenue in Financial Year 2024/25 as a result of the applicable charging methodology in the Uniform Network Code.
