We are publishing a statutory consultation on a proposal to modify the Gas Transporter Licence held by National Gas Transmission plc. Recent modifications to gas Demand Side Response (DSR) means the relevant licence conditions need to be made consistent with these changes, whilst also ensuring the licence is future-proofed for potential reforms in the future.
The proposed modifications and our reasoning are outlined in the cover letter and consultation notice below.
