This letter is published pursuant to Special Condition 2.1.4 of National Gas Transmission (NGT) Plc’s gas transporter licence and sets out our decision to provide consent for NGT to deliberately over-recover Transportation Owner Recovered Revenue in the Financial Year 2025 to 2026 as a result of the applicable charging methodology in the Uniform Network Code.
