This decision sets out our consent for National Grid Gas plc (NGG) to revise the Gas Demand Side Response Methodology in accordance with Special Condition 9.22.4 of NGG’s Gas Transporter Licence ("the Licence").
It also sets out our decision further to NGG's application to Ofgem, dated 29 September 2022, requesting a derogation pursuant to Special Condition 9.22.12 of NGG's Licence in respect of Gas Demand Side Response Methodology.
This letter sets out our decision to grant the requested derogation and our direction, which appears annexed to this letter, will give effect to this derogation decision (subject to the conditions specified therein).
