Modifications to gas transmission Regulatory Instructions and Guidance, Regulatory Reporting Packs and the PCFM Guidance for RIIO-2 Year 4

On 21 February 2025, the Authority issued a notice proposing modifications to the RIIO-2 Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs), the Regulatory Reporting Packs (RRPs) and the PCFM Guidance for the gas transmission network.

We are now publishing the modified versions of the RIIO-2 RIGs, RRPs and PCFM Guidance, following the receipt of stakeholder feedback on the notice. These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the reporting requirements for the network licensee and will take effect from today 10 April 2025. 

For the avoidance of doubt, annual reporting information submitted in respect of the 2024 to 2025 regulatory year should comply with the RIGs, RRPs and PCFM Guidance, as modified.
