Reviewing the Consolidated Segmental Statements – our decision

Share the page

We are publishing our decision to revise the licence conditions requiring publication of a Consolidated Segmental Statement (CSS). The effect of these modifications is to expand the CSS reporting obligation to a wider proportion of the domestic and non-domestic market, providing greater transparency of supplier profitability.

This decision follows stakeholder engagement and feedback - a policy consultation in August 2023 and a statutory consultation in November 2023.

These changes will take effect from 29 March 2024.

Alongside the decision document and modification notices, we have also published any non-confidential responses to our consultation.
