Notice under section 7B(9) of the Gas Act 1986 of the grant of a restriction to a gas supply licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 7B(9) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”) that on 22 January 2025 a restriction to a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(6) of the Act to Pozitive Energy Ltd (company number 09523048) whose registered office is situated at One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, Floor 10 (North West), London, England, E14 5AB, authorising it to supply gas to any non[1]domestic premises situated in Great Britain. A copy of this licence is available from Ofgem’s Electronic Public Register or by email at Licensing@ofgem.gov.uk
