Non-domestic market review: findings and statutory consultation

This document contains our statutory consultation on proposed licence changes following our Non-Domestic market review. To inform these proposals, we have considered the feedback to our July 2023 policy consultation on proposed changes, as well as additional information we have requested from suppliers and from business customer research. Alongside this consultation we are also publishing a draft Impact Assessment and we invite stakeholders to comment on the contents, to inform this analysis.

We also provide an update on other work in progress to support Non-Domestic customers.

We invite stakeholders to respond to the questions in our consultation to help us to achieve the best outcomes for customers.

This consultation will close on 31 January 2024. We will publish the non-confidential responses we receive.
