The clarification letter sets out formatting and typological corrections to the Notice that was issued by the Authority on 28 March 2022, to modify the Gas Supply Standard Supply Licence. The underlying policy intent of the licence text is unchanged. We are publishing the updated consolidated text here to clarity and assist licensees and any other interested party. This letter aims to assist interpretation of the notice and updated Standard Licence Conditions.
