This consultation sets out our proposed modifications to the Standard and Special Conditions of the Electricity Distribution Licence. Included in this proposed modification are the changes required to Northern Powergrid’s (NPg’s) licence in accordance with the Competition and Market Authority (CMA) Order on the Energy Licence Modification Appeal 2023.
