CMP308 – Minded-to decision and draft impact assessment

We are consulting on our minded-to decision on a proposed change to the way that the Balancing Services Use of System (BSUoS) charges are collected from electricity network users. We are minded-to approve the CMP308 Original Proposal, which would move BSUoS charges fully onto demand, with effect from 1 April 2023. The consultation closes on 19 January 2022.
