Draft determination on Shetland enduring solution re-opener application
Share the page
As part of the RIIO-2 price control, network companies can apply for additional allowances via a Re-opener uncertainty mechanism. In January 2024, Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution submitted its 'Shetland Standby Project' under the Shetland Enduring Solution Re-opener. We are consulting on our Draft Determination and draft direction for this application.
We particularly welcome responses from people and organisations with an interest in electricity and gas transmission or distribution. We also welcome responses from other stakeholders and the public.
