Alongside our RIIO-ED2 Licence Modification Decision we published a number of associated documents (ADs). The Associated Documents are created under the licence conditions that supplement those conditions and are subordinate to them. They are important for licensees subject to the RIIO-ED2 price controls as they provide information, requirements and guidance that are not proportionate for inclusion in the licence conditions.
Today we are publishing the direction to issue these associated documents and bring them into effect as of 24 April 2023. This direction is our notice of reasons for the purposes of section 49A of the Electricity Act 1989 and section 38A of the Gas Act 1986.
