Decision on proposed changes to Special Licence Condition 1.2 and 4.8 of the Electricity Distribution Licence

Following our decision in March 2024 not to switch on the DSO incentive performance metrics during RIIO-ED2, we published our proposed changes to Electricity Distribution Licence Special Conditions 1.2 and 4.8 to reflect our decision on 29 July 2024.
The documents below set out and effect our decision to make a modification to the Electricity Distribution Licence to implement the changes we consulted upon.
