This page contains the latest and historical copies of the ED2 Price Control Financial Handbook (PCFH) since the beginning of the RIIO-ED2 price control.
Under part D of Special Condition 8.1 of the Electricity Distribution Licence, the Authority is required to maintatin a consolidated version of the ED2 PCFH on its website.
Parts B and C of Special Condition 8.1 provide for the Authority to make modifications to the ED2 PCFH. These modifications are shown in the list of subsidiary documents below with the suffix “V2”, “V3”, and so on.
