Decision on the modifications to the Standard and Special Conditions of the Electricity Distribution Licence

We are publishing our decisions on modifications to the Standard and Special Conditions of the Electricity Distribution Licence. Included in these modifications are:

  • changes required to Northern Powergrid’s (NPg’s) licence in accordance with the Competition and Market Authority (CMA) Order on the Energy Licence Modification Appeal 2023
  • changes to Standard Licence Condition 31F for all licensees
  • a number of other clarifications and corrections to the Standard and Special Licence Conditions for all licensees.

We are also publishing an issues log detailing the responses to the clarifications and corrections to the Standard and Special Licence Conditions, and an updated PCFM to reflect
the changes required to NPg's licence.

Update: 10 April 2024

We have corrected an technical error in the clean version of the SP Manweb Special Conditions.
