NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 12 October 2023 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Radius Energy Limited (company number 11211289) whose registered office is situated at Euro Card Centre, Herald Park, Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (attached).
