Further to the open letter update we published yesterday, Ofgem is now raising an Authority Led BSC Modification Proposal to enable the development of an Event Driven Architecture for Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement.

This document directs BSCCo to consult and report on the Modification Proposal in accordance with a specified timetable.
