Decision on SEC Code Modification MP162 ‘SEC changes required to deliver MHHS'

This decision was due to be made by 31st Aug 2022 to allow DCC to be able to meet the Feb 2024 release for the required changes. Due to the complexity of this mod and the high risk of Legal challenge, discussions are ongoing with SECAS, DCC, MHHSP and Ofgem to determine the best way forward. We are aiming to publish as soon as feasibly possible, but until some of the outstanding issues are resolved, we do not yet know when this will be so our target date is subject to change.
