This document provides guidance on how Ofgem will manage appeals of decisions made by the Data Integration Platform Change and Advisory Board (DCAB). Alongside the guidance is a Word version of the DCAB Determination Appeal Form that appellants should use to submit an appeal.
We have also published both a decision letter setting out Ofgem’s position on the issues raised in responses to the consultation on the draft guidance, and the responses themselves.
