Notice under Section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity supply licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 18 October 2023 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to OVO Energy Limited (company number 06890795) whose registered office is situated at 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol, Avon, BS1 6ED, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
A copy of this licence is available from Ofgem’s Electronic Public Register or by email at Licensing@ofgem.gov.uk.
