This decision letter sets out Ofgem’s position on the issues raised in responses to the consultation on draft guidance about how we will manage appeals of decisions made by the Data Integration Platform Change and Advisory Board (DCAB). This letter accompanies the final version of the guidance and a Word version of the DCAB Determination Appeal Form.

We are consulting on draft guidance setting out how Ofgem expects to handle any appeals of decisions that have been made by the Data Integration Platform (DIP) Change and Advisory Board. Consultation responses are due by 5pm on 2 September 2025.
