R0015 'Remote communication obligations for electricity Advanced Meters' was raised as a Self-Governance REC change. Following the Metering Expert Panel vote to reject R0015, the REC Change Manager appealed this decision to Ofgem. Ofgem has decided to send back R0015 for further analysis.
