NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF A RESTRICTION TO AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 13 May 2022 a restriction to an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(4) of the Act to Holborn Energy Limited (company number 08246795) whose registered office is situated at Suite 410b Chadwick House, Warrington Road, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, England, WA3 6AE, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises situated in Schedule 1 (below) but only up to a maximum of 10 Meter Point Administration Numbers.
